Receiving your order
Delivery within Australia
Tracked delivery is $15 for the first physical item and $10 for each additional item in the same basket. We aim to send an order within two business days after payment is confirmed. If an item needs a different arrangement, its product page will say so before checkout.
Pickup in Mickleham
Pickup from Mickleham VIC 3064 is free and by appointment. We provide the private collection address only after the order has been confirmed.
Order updates
After a verified payment, Al-Fuṣḥā sends an order acknowledgement. For delivery orders, we send tracking details after dispatch. If an update does not arrive, contact Al-Fuṣḥā with your order reference.
Returns and refunds
When there is a problem with an order
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to purchases from Al-Fuṣḥā. If a book is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, contact us and include your order reference and a brief explanation of the problem. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.
If you change your mind, contact us before returning anything. We will tell you whether a return can be accepted in the circumstances. This does not limit your rights when a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear can depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
